Join Kim for a physical + energetic practice to release what’s holding you back.
Feeling stuck or have a habit of taking on the energy or emotions of others? This workshop is for you! Exhausted caregivers will also benefit from this energy clearing, as will anyone who is looking to make changes, make big moves or take a leap into something new. You'll call your energy back to the present moment, use repetitive movements to clear the chakras and release held energy from the body.
No previous yoga experience is necessary, though comfort with ~60 min of physical activity is recommended.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one or plan to rent one of ours for $3.00.
Recommended attire is loose/comfortable athletic wear + a light layer for cool down. -
Magic Hours with Kim offer the opportunity to practice and hone your intuitive skills. This 75-min session will offer time to discuss intuitive experiences, explore an intuitive practice, and help you deepen your understanding of your intuitive gifts. We'll meditate to clear and open the channel to receive, and then practice connecting with your intuition.
***Please bring a personal item or item belonging to a deceased loved one. You are welcome to bring more than one item.
If you have a deck/tool that you are comfortable using, feel free to bring that to class. We also recommend a notebook and pen.
Disclaimer: students enter this offering understanding that this is a time to practice. As per New York State Law, readings are for entertainment purposes only. -
Join Kim on the New Moon to acknowledge and acclimate to the lunar and solar energies of Leo Season. In conjunction with grounding practices, we’ll engage in journaling to both clear the mind and explore our lived experience with regard to the energy of Leo season. Each participant will be invited to set an intention for the lunar cycle, after which Kim will share reiki with the group to support a deepening of our individual intentions. Exploring life’s happenings through the eyes of the astrological season is a great opportunity to be in community and connection with others at a collective level.
Please bring a yoga mat for the restorative pose during reiki or plan to rent one of ours for $3.00.Please bring a light layer for warmth during the reiki share + a journal and pen.

What if you could laugh your way to feeling better? Join Tenneille for Laughter Yoga, a playful practice that combines intentional laughter, deep breathing, and gentle movement to help reduce stress, boost your mood, and foster connection.
Research suggests that even self-initiated laughter can trigger many of the same physiological responses as spontaneous laughter, especially when practiced in a group setting. All of which helps to lower stress hormones and increase feel-good chemicals associated with well-being.
No yoga experience, flexibility, or comedy skills are required, just a willingness to be curious and playful. Come discover how laughter can shift your energy, support your nervous system, and leave you feeling lighter, brighter, and more connected. All silly gooses and serious Sally’s are welcome!
Please bring a yoga mat or plan to rent one of ours for $3. We recommend dressing in comfortable clothing for movement and having a light layer, as your body temperature may drop with relaxation.

Sound baths are a great way to dip your toes into the vast ocean of sound healing. Various sounds and vibrations are brought forth from a variety of instruments to instill a sense of deep calm and relaxation within all the layers of the physical and energetic bodies that will continue to ripple long after the session.
Nothing is required of you but your willingness to simply be present and absorb the rich textures and sensations that sound can provide, encouraging that which needs to be released to release and that which needs to be affirmed to rise to the surface.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, though a limited number of mats are available for rent. Folding chairs and yoga props are available free of charge.
