Classes

  • You can cancel your class up to 6 hours before class, and will we credit your class back to your Mindbody account. For classes cancelled after 6 hours, we are unable to credit the class back.

    A class that has been credited back to your Mindbody account expires within 30 days from the date of original booking/activation.

    You can cancel or reschedule your workshop or private session up to 24 hours in advance, and we will credit the session back to your Mindbody account. For private sessions cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours, we are unable to credit your session back.

    You can cancel or reschedule a training up to 5 days in advance, and we will credit the training fee back to your Mindbody account. For trainings cancelled or rescheduled in less than 5 days, we are unable to credit your fee back to you.

    In addition, no late entry to workshops and classes will be allowed. For trainings and private sessions, lateness of more than 15 minutes will forfeit the session.

    Mindbody account credits can be used for any classes, workshops, services or trainings but are not available for use in our gift shop.

  • Due to the discounted nature of sale and/or introductory packs, we do not provide extensions. All expirations are clearly listed here.

  • Class packs cannot be shared, split, or transferred between students.

  • - Unlimited Yoga Classes

    - 10% discount on workshops

    - Payment auto-renews every month

    - Mat storage available on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be stored in a labeled bag

    - No refunds, transfers, extensions or exceptions

    - Cannot be shared with another adult, can be shared with 1 child under 12 (ask about our Household Membership)

    - Can be frozen one time in a 12 month period

  • We do not accept same-day private bookings.

  • At this time, Sacred Space Astoria does not offer cash/credit card refunds.

  • For all private appointments, we require payment 24 hours in advance. If payment has not been made 24 hours prior, your appointment will be cancelled. If you are having trouble with payment online, please call the studio during normal business hours and we will sort it out with you.

  • Our student & senior rate is $10. Anyone can utilize this rate; we will never ask for verification. This is available in-studio only.

  • To cancel your monthly unlimited membership, please send a written request via email to info@sacredspaceastoria.com, 7 days prior to your billing date.

Studio

  • Mats are available to rent for $3 each at the start of class.

  • In an ongoing effort to respect our planet, Sacred Space Astoria uses a refillable water station. Please BYO water bottle!

  • Our space is stocked with large bolsters, blankets, foam blocks, and straps. Some teachers additionally use tennis balls or other specialty aids for class, such as folding chairs. These are all readily available to all practitioners in the space. Feel free to bring anything else you need!

  • Our 1,100 sq ft studio space holds up to 45 mats

  • There are 2 HEPA-H13 filters running in the studio and 1 running in the lobby during open hours and/or class times. There is an additional HEPA-H13 filter running in the Private Sessions room when in use.

    Fans will run continuously on low speed during classes to pull air upward. Please dress in layers, especially for restorative practices. Blankets are available for use.

  • Please know that we are a small business that honors and respects boundaries around personal time, well-being, caretaking, and rest. As such, you can expect a response to non-emergent emails within 5 days of your original message. Prioritize joy + rest, when and where you can.
