Meet Laura

Laura is a trauma-informed practitioner with over 7 years of experience in energy healing and divination. She is an Usui Reiki Master who also utilizes Tarot, Oracle, Runes, Crystals and the Akashic Records in her one on one sessions and workshops. Laura is also a certified Yoga Nidra practitioner and is excited to be deepening her practice through Restorative Yoga training with Kim—right here at Sacred Space Astoria!

Her sessions are gentle, grounded, kind and, regardless of the modality, Laura helps clients feel more centered, calm, and connected—especially during times of transition, stress or growth or when simply needing space to rest and reset.

Laura came to these practices through her own journey with PTSD, anxiety, and chronic stress. These tools helped her feel safe in her body again and allowed her to find her center and reclaim her joy. Now, it's her honor to hold that same kind of space for others. Laura’s work is rooted in compassion, intuition, and a deep belief in the magic of slowing down.

She also offers home energy cleansing for existing clients—think of it as Reiki for your space. It’s a powerful way to clear out stuck energy and invite in something new.
