Urban Zen Integrative Therapy with Kim

Urban Zen Integrative Therapy is rooted in contemplative care: a combination of meeting you exactly where you are in the moment and discovering the simplest path to peace and comfort in your body. Private sessions are deeply restorative and tailored to your needs in the moment. Geared toward common symptoms like anxiety, exhaustion, pain, nausea, insomnia, constipation and sadness, these sessions are truly for anyone and support feeling better in your body. No previous yoga experience is needed - we’re able to work with you in the studio, on a massage table, in a chair/wheelchair, or in your home.

Integrated Massage with Iris

These offerings are a foundational, dynamic approach to support communication, stability and balance within the body’s interconnected systems. Integrated massage weaves techniques of both Eastern and Western modalities like Acupressure, Shiatsu, Tui Na, Swedish, Myofascial Release, PNF, and trigger point work for evidence-informed and client-centered sessions. All bodies are welcome and sessions honor a therapeutic practice inclusive of gender, age, sexual orientation, race, culture, religious beliefs, and ability.

Thai Yoga Bodywork with Jun

Thai Yoga Bodywork is an assisted yoga practice where the practitioner moves your body through postures while applying pressured touch along the body’s energy lines and points. You’ll be guided and assisted through floor based yoga poses with assisted stretching and strategic pressure applied along the meridians of the body to help release tension and stress from the body. Clients often feel realigned, open, and deeply relaxed after a session.
