Laura received her 200-hour teacher training in 2019 from Samasthiti House of Yoga in France. She also received her 50-hour prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training from Mama Yoga School in 2023. Laura discovered yoga in 2017 as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay. She felt the need to love a body from which she felt very disconnected. For nearly 2 years she was given the incredible opportunity to guide yoga practices for a group of Paraguayan women. Laura is passionate about providing others a safe space to explore movement and connect to their essence.
