Katelyn strives to help students challenge their minds, bodies and spirits as they strive to be their best selves on and off the mat. Helping people learn to move more mindfully, with a deeper level of self-awareness and an inner tenor of kindness, is a process that Katelyn holds near & dear to her heart. Katelyn's approach stems from Iyengar traditions; her classes emphasize functional alignment, conscious muscular engagement, and fluid transitions within the framework of an innovative vinyasa sequence.
