Erin (she/her) received her 200-hr yoga teacher certification from Yoga Vida in 2020. She is a vinyasa style teacher who focuses on strengthening the mind and body with dynamic flows and fabulous playlists. She enjoys finding the best way for you to move in your body while also deepening your practice physically and mentally. 

Erin is also a director and theatre maker. She currently lives in Astoria and grew up in Louisville, KY.
